Firm & Fit Pilates offers one-on-one Private Pilates classes, Semi-Private Pilates classes, and group reformer classes. We also offer both Pre & Post-Natal Private Sessions. All of our instructors are Pilates Certified, and all are fully trained on our professional grade Pilates machines.
